Before beginning group lessons you will schedule a private class to get a Taste of PBJ. Your child will sample our routines and acquire basic skills in a 1:1 or family class. Tasters allow us to design a child-centered program that will nurture each student's development.

Yoga Program
Community-
Children of all ages will come together and practice as a community. Classes are held in a children's yoga format but parents are welcome to participate!
Monkey See, Monkey Do-
In this parent participation class, you can practice right alongside your kids. These classes are held in a more traditional yet forgiving format and encourage young yogis to follow along.
Art & Yoga-
Children of all ages will enjoy this class that combines yoga, mindfulness, and creativity. Students will come home with a yoga-centric art project. Material fees may apply.

Welcome to sidewalk chalk bootcamp! Children engage in fun fitness activities while parents are exercising next door. Young athletes will be entertained and energized. From jumping jacks and burpees to yoga poses and stretching. Through tag variations and human board games, we keep fitness fun to encourage lasting healthy lifestyles. Quiet coloring and free play will be included in each class to match the length of the concurrent adult class.

Climbers of different ages and abilities will work side by side in these family style classes. Older students will solidify learning by teaching and belaying younger climbers. Runs for 60 minutes. 4:1 ratio
Climb Time-
Children of all ages may explore the gym while being supervised by our staff. Some organized games are held but the focus is on fun rather than instruction. Runs for 4 hours. 8:1 ratio
Clinics-
Each clinic will focus on a specific skill with close attention to technique. This is a drop-in class where students can choose which classes to attend based on the areas needing the most work. Runs for 60 minutes. 4:1 ratio

Intended for motivated climbers, this is a great chance to practice the skills learned in class and to build endurance. This course is a workout, not a lesson. Students are encouraged to attend regular classes or clinics while enrolled to strengthen technique. Runs for 2 hours. 8:1 ratio

Each week a different stroke is practiced, with close attention to technique. This is a drop-in class where students can choose which classes to attend based on the strokes that they need the most work on. 30 minute class 4:1 ratio. Ages 3 & up with instructor approval

Intended for students who are interested or participate in competitive swimming, this is a great chance to practice the skills learned in class and to build endurance. This course is a workout, not a lesson. Students are encouraged to attend regular swim lessons or stroke clinics while enrolled to strengthen technique. 60 minute class. 8:1 ratio. Ages 5 & up with instructor approval
Minion Training-
The pre-pre team experience! For swimmers who are not quite ready to swim 25's consistently. We set up shortened lap lanes (10-12 yards) for a mini swim team feel. Kids will practice circle swimming, learn proper finishes, and be introduced to competitive starts/turns. We will use simple drills and modified workouts with fun endurance games at the end of each class. 45 minute class. 6:1 ratio. Ages 3 & up with instructor approval
