Adaptive Programs
We welcome all children into our classes. Depending on your child’s needs we have different options available ranging from private and small group instruction to parent involvement. We have an Occupational Therapist and an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher that we consult with for specific student needs. We are also excited to consult with your child’s therapists to align our classes with your child’s community goals. Please feel free to contact us with any questions and concerns that you may have.
Each child receives individualized, progressive lessons by qualified, experienced instructors that make learning achievable, sensory integrative and fun. Appropriate adaptations will be made to help every child learn skills that apply to their bodies. Please notify your instructor about medical needs prior to class.

Staff Training
We are committed to providing a safer and welcoming atmosphere for every athlete. Adaptive staff attend frequent trainings and utilize resources including: Swimming with Autism, Swim Whisperers, DIR Floortime.
Private & Integrated Classes
New students begin with individualized instruction. With the recommendation of their instructor, they can transition into small group classes as their skills progress. The ultimate goal is to build the child’s physical and group social skills so they can progress into integrated classes.
Sensory, motor, and social awareness are woven into the program, so that all students are working side by side without having to single out children who require special adjustments. Integrative classes provide opportunities for continued social interaction with family, friends and other children.

Climb
Climbing classes are available for students who may have attention, communication, vision or mobility challenges. Climbing provides vestibular input, increases fine motor skills, and is a great supplement to OT & PT.
If you aren't sure if climbing is a good fit for your child you can come in for a Taste of Yoga class and your instructor can help you decide if climbing is a safe choice for your child right now.
Students with limited mobility may require a friend or family member (over the age of 12) to participate in classes. Companion belay classes are available prior to the participant's first class.

Yoga
Yoga Breathe classes offer a predictable routine with chanting, breathwork, and attention to technique. Calming atmosphere with fewer distractions and slower tempo than Wiggle classes. Poses are adapted to be accessible to every body. Most students begin in private classes to ensure proper alignment and safety.
Swim
Swim lessons provide a sense of freedom to children who require physical assistance, while encouraging them to push past their physical limitations. The water allows children to move their bodies in ways that may be difficult for them on land.
Swimmers build strength, increase endurance and improve motor planning skills. Children with sensory impairments learn how to exert more control over their body's movements.
