Becca Holwick
Owner/Instructor

Owner Becca Holwick founded Peanut Butter & Jellyfish in 2005.  After more than a decade immersed in children's programming full time, she has developed the curriculum that is used today by all of the PBJ staff. 

I have been teaching swimming since 1995 and have been lucky enough to make a career out of play!  My emphasis is on proper technique and building confidence.  It is amazing to see what kids can accomplish when they have the building blocks of proper posture and breathing as a foundation.  I like to use games and toys to work toward these goals and keep things interesting.  
I understand that new situations can be overwhelming and frightening for young students, and I have lots of tricks up my sleeve to make the pool & gym places where they can feel safe.

When I'm not teaching all of my free time is spent camping, climbing and snowboarding!
