Swimmers will be playing with rotation in the pool and incorporating these concepts into their stroke work.
Climbers will be using easier holds on more difficult walls as they learn to rotate their hips to take advantage of wall angles. The majority of the class will be spent bouldering.
Yogis will be twisting and spinning today. We will definitely be flipping our down dogs.
