5/10-5/23/15: Flip Turns, Toprope & Inversions
Kids will show off their circus skills upside down and all around! We're headed to the big top to practice somersaults in the pool, headstands on the mat, and toprope on the wall.
2/26-3/18: Side Breathing, Crux, and Powering Down
Join the robot revolution with PBJ kid's classes. Bot brains will be practicing breath control in the pool, blasting past the cruxbot on the climbing wall, and powering down on the yoga mat.
1/17-2/6: Butterfly, Route Reading, Arctic Adventures
Get bundled up for kids fitness classes this month. Integrated lesson plans reinforce skill retention. Penguins, polar bears, and Yetis (capitalized out of respect to the big hairy creatures) are following us around to give kids a bravery boost.
12/5-1/16 Quiet Arms, Footwork, and Respect
Show us your best ninja face and get ready to be stealthy. Sneaky Arms in the pool, quiet toes on the climbing wall, and showing respect on the mat.
10/23-11/5: Belaying, Being Present, Diving
Use your brainz to learn to belay in climbing classes, dive in swim lessons, and be present in kids yoga.
10/3/16-10/23/16: Breaststroke, Dynamic/Static Movement
Jumping frogs against creeping crocodiles in the swamp.
Put on your mud boots for dynos on the climbing wall, frog kicks in the swimming pool, and crocodile belly breathing on the yoga mat.
