10/3/16-10/23/16: Breaststroke, Dynamic/Static Movement
Jumping frogs against creeping crocodiles in the swamp.
Put on your mud boots for dynos on the climbing wall, frog kicks in the swimming pool, and crocodile belly breathing on the yoga mat.
Climbers will show off on overhanging walls and learn the difference between precise stretchy static movement & big swinging dynamic movement.
In yoga we'll hold our static poses like an alligator and jump into dynamic poses like a frog.
Swimmers will be focusing on breaststroke and underwater swimming. Classes will look very different for a 2 yr old and an 8 yr old, but everyone will learn age/level appropriate skills.
