12/5-1/16 Quiet Arms, Footwork, and Respect

Show us your best ninja face and get ready to be stealthy. Sneaky Arms in the pool, quiet toes on the climbing wall, and showing respect on the mat.

Swim ​
Swimmers will be focusing on sneaky and intentional alternating arms. In backstroke we'll slice the water with our pinky. In freestyle, we'll enter the water quietly to sneak up on our friends. All students will work on age/level appropriate skills.

Climb
Climbers will be focusing on footwork. The majority of the class will be spent bouldering.

Ninjas will practice a seated meditation to prepare the mind for physical challenges.
